Administration and enforcement; rules; requirements for airport sites and airports.

It is the duty of the department to:

(1)

Administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.

(2)

Establish requirements for airport site approval, licensure, and registration.

(3)

Establish and maintain a state aviation facility data system to facilitate licensing and registration of all airports.

(4)

Adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this chapter.
