Perinatal mental health care.

By January 1, 2019, the Department of Health shall offer perinatal mental health care information through the Family Health Line toll-free hotline, accessible to the general public, which:

(1)

Provides basic information on postpartum depression;

(2)

May recommend that a caller be further evaluated by a qualified health care provider; and

(3)

May refer a caller to an appropriate health care provider in the caller’s local area.
